I have been in the hospitality industry for approximately 20 years. I love taking amazing ingredients and turning them into something excitingly different. I am passionate about working with food and all that it entails.
I am an honest and reliable person with an outgoing personality who enjoys working with people. I am enthusiastic and willing to learn new things. I am hardworking and punctual and love to use my creative ability. I can offer commitment to any job and I am not afraid of hard work and long hours.
I have been in a number of chef positions for many years but now my true dream is to be a pastry chef. This is something I have been dreaming of for a very long time and now it is time to make that a reality.
